As a new Bar Team Member, you will receive comprehensive training sessions in all things ‘Slug & Lettuce’, upon completion, you will be accredited and will be promoted to the role of Slug & Lettuce Bartender, where you will receive an additional increase to your hourly rate! Furthermore, as an accredited Slug & Lettuce Bartender, you could elevate your skills further and become a Slug & Lettuce ‘Bar Star’, one of our in-house trainers. The path to becoming a ‘Bar Star’, entails mastering all aspects of a Bartender's role to be the best of the best! Which in turn will lead to further accreditation and additional increase to your hourly rate. You will attend a dedicated workshop, followed by an accreditation process where you will be assessed and bestowed with the esteemed ‘Bar Star’ title. Slug & Lettuce Worthing is situated off the Chapel Road and surrounded a number of retail shops having good transport links. This is a cool, swanky, modern bar and restaurant offering outdoor seating. From breakfast through to dinner, the staff will provide a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Slug and Lettuce offers popular Cocktail Masterclasses and Boozy Afternoon Teas that include prosecco or cocktails.
