Cafe supervisor

Handleys Cafe is a vibrant, I dependant busy cafe in leafy Ashtead, Surrey. 

We thrive on customer service, quality food and team work! We love our customers and our customers love us.

Due to expansion we are looking for a supervisor to assist the general manager is the day to day running of the cafe. 

Your role will be to lead the team daily with daily tasks as well as fantastic customer service. At peak times we are extremely busy so organisation is key as is communication.

Maintaining communication with the manager is key to making sure daily orders are completed, invoices are totalled and banking completed.

Maximising sales and keeping check on profit margins will be part of your role, and overseeing food leaving the kitchen is at the expected level. 

The ideal candidate will have at least a year of supervisor experience in a similar role, have a fun bubbly personality and will be driven for success. 

Salary dependant on experience but starts at £12 per hour.
