New Opening Sous Chef

Sous Chef for New Site Opening in Bromley.  £10.50 to £11.00  ph + tronc taking earnings into region of £11.50 to £12.50 ph

We are on the hunt for our Sous Chef who will be at the heart of our back of house at The Artful Duke.  This is a brand new site which is opening in Bromley in August 2021.  

The Artful Duke is part of Livelyhood Pubs, an independent Pub Group.  We already operate six fantastic pubs across South London, with The Artful Duke bringing Livelyhood's portfolio to seven.

About our Sous Chef Role

Full and part time applications welcome – average full time hours 48  hours.

Key Sous Chef responsibilities


• Maximising dry sales by ensuring only the best food leaves your kitchen at all times
• Comply with our food standards and guidelines.
• Compliance with all Health & Safety policies & procedures
• Assisting the Head Chefs with the training in of the new menu to our Livelyhood teams
• Supplier ordering and maintaining correct stock levels

Experience in a similar position preferred or if you are ready to make the step up into a Sous Chef role, we'd love to hear from you.

Throw in your passion for fresh produce, consistent, flavoursome food, ability to communicate clearly in English, good organisational skills, knowledge of H & S, strong work ethic and you'll have us at hello!
