The role…

We are looking for a passionate and committed Commis Chef to join our award winning 2 Michelin star Kitchen brigade. A Commis Chef role is an amazing opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within all sections including butchery, private dining, goods receiving, cold, hot, fish, meat and garnish. You will spend time in all sections learning all aspect before moving to another to eventually master them all. This is a fantastic opportunity and we would love to hear from you if you would like to join our team!

We have local discounted staff accommodation if needed but due to the remote location of the hotel own transport will be required
