What you'd be doing 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 You will ensure that Thunderbird Fried Chicken ‘Gold Standards’ are communicated and understood by all crew and rigorously enforced.

 

These standards include:

·       Operating a safe and compliant business at all times

·       The preparation of food

·       The consistent quality of product

·       The cleanliness and appearance of the store environment

·       The cleanliness, appearance and efficiency of the back of house areas

·       The appearance of your crew

·       The friendliness and efficiency of guest service

·       Managing shifts

·       Receive complaints and resolve problems

·       Maintain timekeeping and crew records

·       Pass on information from senior management to crew and vice versa

·       Always wear the guest’s shoes, and ensure that your crew do the same
