To be considered for a General Manager role, previous success at General Manager level is desirable; from a hospitality, retail or other fast paced background and the right attitude and outlook is essential!

About the role

The Marquis is a Flagship Pub & Carvery venue boasting a beautiful Sports area on a mezamine level, Function room, Wacky Warehouse and a very busy restaurant and carvery offer. Located near to Rotherham town centre, the M1, Meadow Hall Shopping centre and Rotherham football club.

We are looking for an experienced and energised General Manager that loves Sport. Has food and drink service excellence including a full operative carvery and has an eye for Best in Class standards and operational excellence.

The successful candidate should have experience in growing a business and developing a team, leading them through a period of change. Be commercially aware to take the business to the next level and be prepared to work closely with the team to inspire and engage them on their journey to grow the business.
