As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role

Here at the Blackbirds we are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious Kitchen Manager to maintain our 5* EHO rating and immaculate standards.

Our drive for speed of service, quality and cleanliness has led to this opportunity becoming available with a flexible working contract of around 30 hours a week, Salary is pro rata.

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, seasonal kitchen and endeavour to wow our guests - constantly demonstrating our value of Customer First. We offer a structured Kitchen Managers Induction programme and clear development paths for those who strive to succeed; indeed, our GM's used to be KM's and worked upwards to running their own site!
