As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

About the role
The Paul Pry is a lovely pub in the heart of the community in Rayleigh. They have a fantastic reputation among locals and visitors and are known for the quality of their food and service. The team are a great bunch who love where they work and have a family-feel, from the management team to the front and back of house.
This is an exciting time to join as they are currently going through rebranding to our new Pub & Social proposition! This means the pub will be getting a refurb in October as well as a delicious new menu, making it a great time to join and be a part of the transformation from the beginning.
They are currently a busy food operation and anticipate with the new menu and feel to the pub, this will increase by around a 1/3 making it a £15,000 per week site, somewhere who would benefit from an experienced and confident Kitchen Manager who wants to lead from the front and drive the team further. The ideal candidate will be someone used to working in a small, busy kitchen, able to manage a team of 5 with the potential for growth, and passionate about great service.
