Recruitment & Onboarding Partner, Midlands and North

In this new and exciting role, the Recruitment and Onboarding Partner will manage team member level recruitment and onboarding wthin their region, working collaboratively with the Central Recruitment & L&D teams.


Engaging with local talent and building a strong candidate pipeline for all team member level roles, your focus will be on candidate experience and the retention of new members, ensuring we are taking care of our colleagues through the onboarding process.


Recruitment

The ability to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and hiring managers is essential in this role as you will have a large and diverse group managers in your region. Experience in the full recruitment cycle in a fast paced, hospitality environment is also needed. 

Managing the attraction campaigns on behalf of your restaurants, you will be placing job ads, arranging open days and proactively sourcing candidates to ensure a constant stream of applications hiring managers to consider.


Onboarding

Managing the onboarding of new hires in your region, including pre-starter paperwork, you will arrange meet and greets for new starters, co-ordinate site inductions and manage the week one rotas according to the L&D teams plan and standardised training week rotas. Your primary goal is to ensure our new team members feel welcomed, prepared and fully equipped to start their career at Bill's.
