Delaware North UK is hiring for a Senior Hospitality Manager to join our Wembley Stadium team.  Delaware North is a global leader in hospitality at sporting venues, national parks, airports, and casinos in North America, the UK and Australia. A day in the life of a Senior Hospitality Manager

  • To plan all Hospitality services effectively, using business efficiency tools, organisational skills, and resources to deliver on time, to the required standard and with a guest focus at all times.
  • To ensure that great products, services, programmes and initiatives to ‘make things happen’ are delivered by the hospitality team.
  • To identify and lead delivery plans and processes that drives profitability and allows for growth in new markets/industries and provides sustained competitive advantage.
  • To oversee and lead a team of Hospitality management and supervisors at the venue, in order to deliver quality food and service across the entire operation.
  • To ensure that all Hospitality departments deliver on budgetary requirements whilst liaising with the client to consolidate revenue results and reports as required. Monitoring the completion, monthly, a financial forecast forward of expected results, giving a full explanation for any variances together with an action plan to resolve.
  • To ensure all supplier invoices are approved and processed in accordance with company procedures.

  • Professional attitude and gravitas with internal and external clients, guests and staff.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with a positive attitude.
  • IT literate.
