We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Room Service Waiter to join our highly successful team here at Firmdale Hotel. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and will work well within a dynamic, handling multiple orders at any one time. Your main role will be to interact with our guests by taking orders, making recommendations, delivering their food, and providing anything that they ask for in a timely and effective manner.

This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. If progression isn’t your thing, that’s fine too, we would still be interested in finding out more about you. Working as part of our Room Service team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and will be comfortable working alone or as part of a small team throughout the night. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same, and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain more experience within a front office environment.

To make your life working in hospitality easier, we are proud to offer permanent roles, working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. As standard, you will work 42 hours per week on a flexible rota, where some weekends will be required. Overtime will be paid.
