Priory Tavern - Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a full time Kitchen Manager to take this growing business to the next level. We serve traditional pub classics alongside some creative contemporary dishes, Sunday roasts are also a big focus for us. Creating a professional fun atmosphere across all parts of our pub is our goal, we hope you are the right person to join our team!

We need someone with a focused attitude and knowledge of stock control, compliance and food efficiency to help lead our kitchen team to deliver service excellence. In return you'll have the opportunity to join our newly established Food Council and work closely with our Head of Food to make a real impact on the development of our strategy.

• You have the confidence to manage and train a small team and inspire them to deliver exceptional food
• You're knowledgeable of current food hygiene and safety laws

• Experience in managing a small team
• Understanding of stock control and compliance
