The Griffin Inn in located in the village of Trevalyn on the outskirts of Wrexham and just eight miles from the historic city of Chester. Set within the picturesque countryside of North Wales, the Griffin Inn is well supported by locals. It's location also in prime position for ramblers to stop and enjoy a quick pint and a bite to eat.

With a well stocked central bar, the Griffin Inn is currently divided into three area, two of which have log burners and are a favourite with the locals during the winter months. With a traditional feel, the pub boasts a rustic feel with exposed brick work, slate flooring and original beams throughout. At present the Griffin can cater for 30 covers, with the option for to convert the third sung from a pool area to accommodate for additional dining covers. The Griffin Inn is equipped with a reasonable sized catering kitchen to offer a small food menu. To the rear of the pub there is a small parking area for up to 12 cars and a large field, which could be developed into a campsite for visitors to the local area. There is scope to utilise this outdoor space for events and fun days for the local community A beer garden is located to the side of the pub catering for 8 - 10 benches, with a marquee to hold a further four tables.

Admiral Taverns are looking for a licensee who will thrive on engaging the local community and broaden when the pub has to offer. Good retail standards and a strong vision on how to develop this pubs potential is essential.
