An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Partner to the join the People Team at The Ivy Collection.
The role is to oversee and manage both front of house and back of house team member recruitment across a selected region. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage a varied workload and enjoys being challenged in a fast paced environment. The role will have a heavy focus on both recruitment and retention of our team members, finding the right candidates and managing the process. Ensuring candidates are effectively communicated to regarding their recruitment status at all times, including offers and regrets. Your role will be to shape and deliver the organisation's strategy through the attraction and recruitment of talented individuals, through direct sourcing and operating alongside restaurant managers.
- Must have recruitment experience in hospitality and will be responsible for vacancies throughout the UK.
- You will be required to travel across the UK as required.
- Highly organised with effective time management skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
