As a Kitchen Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs, you're responsible for cooking up the success of the pub, being in the middle of the action and leading your team to deliver to quality food every time. You might not meet every customer but they're still at the heart of everything you and your team do.

About the role

The Bull is a chameleon premium site situated just outside Sevenoaks. It is a fantastic looking pub from the front and also has a large garden. Original wood panelling and two large Tudor fire places which make for a cosy atmosphere. Dating back to 1512 there is a long history to the building which is linked to Otford palace. We are looking for a professional and premium biased Kitchen Manager that will engage and deliver a positive and happy team. The applicant must be driven to make this the best pub in the area from a standards, community and reputation point of view. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person with strong leadership skills to raise the profile of themselves within a great company.
