As a Kitchen Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs, you're responsible for cooking up the success of the pub, being in the middle of the action and leading your team to deliver to quality food every time. You might not meet every customer but they're still at the heart of everything you and your team do.

About the role

The Pippin underwent a significant development in summer 2018 and since then has gone from strength to strength. This is a flagship business and prides it self on operational excellence and guest experience. The Pippin is a Kitchen of excellence and a flagship kitchen. You will be responsible for delivering stocks, the best food safety practises, picture perfect food quality in a fast paced environment. You will have a track record of training and developing a number of team members. Set just outside of town centre in the affluent Maidstone Allington area. A premium pub set in suburban surroundings. A large inviting front patio area welcomes you in a substantial, well designed premium feeling pub that oozes quality.

About You

You'll be passionate about delivering quality dishes and food standards
You're great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills
You're always keen to learn new techniques, new menu specs and sharing your experience with your team
You'll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment
You're passionate about developing and inspiring your team of chefs to become future leaders
