Admiral Taverns are looking for a licensee to run the Peal O Bells, Wrexham

The Peal O Bells is located in the village of Holt Wrexham and sits on the banks of the River Dee. Sitting close to the boarder of England and Wales the Village has a population of approximately 2000 surrounded by a wide range of business and a thriving community. Recently being refurbished the Peal O Bells has an L shaped bar which easily serve all trading areas within the pub. Upon entering the pub, you are greeted into the cosy snug which benefits from having a log burner. Having a restaurant situated at the back of the pub, which can currently accommodate for 40 covers. The restaurant leads on to a large beer garden that's overlooked by St Andrew's Church. Having a grassed area this is suitable for community events or beer festivals, or simply used for a couple of drinks in the summer months.

Admiral Taverns are looking for a licensee to continue the feel of the community pub and look to cater from everyone from local families to walkers looking to sample to some local ales. The Peal O Bells would suit a couple who will be able to manage both the pub and kitchen. A passion for local quality produce is a must and a keen interest to keep the Peal o Bells the community hub that it is.
