Spa Therapist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Beauty Therapist to join our highly successful team here at the Ham Yard Hotel. Working closely with the Spa Manager, it will be your responsibility to focus on providing exceptional service and performing treatments including: massage, facials, manicures & pedicures, and waxing for our guests. This position requires a candidate that possesses a friendly and welcoming manner, excellent communication skills and impeccable presentation.

As a Spa Beauty Therapist you will have the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. If progression isn’t your thing, that’s fine too, we would still be interested in finding out more about you. Working as part of our Soholistic team, you will need to establish strong and professional relationships with the guests to help build a successful client base. You should be confident conducting a wide range of treatments and have a good command of the packages and treatments on offer. You will also be able to manage your time effectively between treatments and help coordinate the daily bookings. Spa Beauty Therapist is a hands on, operational role and will suit someone who has a NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and likes working with ambitious, friendly and hardworking people. Firmdale Hotels is an international award winning group comprising of 10 high end luxury hotels and 8 bars and restaurants in London and New York, offering exclusive training programmes and incredible career development. To make your life working in hospitality easier, we are proud to offer straight shifts, 5 days out of 7. No split shifts to worry about! As standard, you will work 40 hours per week on a flexible rota, where some weekends will be required. Overtime is paid in addition.
