SOUS CHEF, retention bonus, excellent gratuities

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef who shares our passion for great food to join ourteam at our Cock Inn pub, in Headley, near Leatherhead and Epsom. Supporting the Head Chef, you will be key to ensuring the kitchen is running effectively on a day to day basis through helping to motivate the kitchen team, managing cost lines and developing dishes. This role will give you the opportunity to hone your business & leadership skills whilst growing your repertoire in the kitchen. You will be a key contributor to the success of our pub.

Package

  • Annual salary of £26,000 per annum
  • Annual bonus based on agreed criteria up to £1,000, paid annually
  • Share of gratuities circa £4,000 per annum, paid monthly
  • £750 retention bonus of which £250 is paid each month from joining (terms apply)
