Operations Manager (London & Surrey)

Smile, Warm, Adaptable & Genuine, if that is you? We want to hear from you! Our Megan's family is growing and we are on the lookout for talented Operations Managers to be the latest additions to our team. 
Your role will be to achieve and drive outstanding culture and results across all aspects of our restaurants; including but not limited to people, food, service & financial. You will initially be responsible for around 5 sites; reporting to our Operations Director.    Come and be part of our Megan's dream team; working in our great restaurants at heart of our neighbourhoods with some very cute dogs, did we mention we're dog friendly?    As Operations Manager you will;

• Ensure every restaurant shift delivers outstanding guest experiences
• Inspire, maintain and deliver exceptional operational standards
• Champaign career development and provide training & coaching opportunities for your team
• Full P&L accountability for your restaurant
• Ensure all management is trained and motivated to deliver the Megan’s experience
• Lead your GMs to own their sites as a whole and acting as all-around business manager within your area

Are you an experienced, multi-site operator?

• Personable, dynamic & inspiring leader with the ability to make decisions, plan and execute.
• Previous experience running busy, high-volume & all-day restaurants and cafés in an Operations role
• Hands-on with the ability to get stuck in whilst also thinking at a high level; work closely with the senior management team both FOH and BOH including Support Office.
