Spa Manager - London, UK

We are currently recruiting for a Spa Manager to head up and lead the Soholistic team where treatments are offered within our 8 London properties. This role has been created to oversee the operations, increase exposure and drive revenue. You will not be required to do treatments or be qualified in this area.

As Spa Manager you will have good understanding of the financial aspects of the business such as, Profit & Loss, Budgets & Forecasting and have a flare for implementing innovative ideas to the Spa. In addition you will be networking at Industry events and be able to demonstrate a real understanding of what it takes to deliver the exceptional service that the Firmdale name has become synonymous with.

Essential Key Skills

  • Previous experience as a Spa Manager or a Leisure Sales Manager within a 5* hotel or luxury spa
  • An understanding and passion for the Beauty industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for customer service and exceeding guests expectations
  • Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring staff
  • Previous experience in training and developing staff
  • Resilience and drive to get things right first time

Duties

  • Oversee the operations of the Soholistic Spa within all of our 8 London properties
  • To effectively market and promote the spa to help build the brand
  • Manage and motivate the Spa team
  • To implement and evolve achievable sales targets for the team to work towards
  • Identify and establish trends in the market and develop the business accordingly
  • Create suitable spa packages and review these on a regular basis
  • To liaise with suppliers and freelancers
  • To conduct treatments when necessary
  • Have a good command of the packages and treatments on offer
  • Ordering and stock control within all 8 London properties
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Deliver and maintain the exceptional levels of customer service provided
  • Establish strong and professional relationships with guests to build a regular client base
