Pub Operator Recruitment Event - Brighton

We’re on the lookout for experienced Pub Operators or Pub Management Couples to work alongside us as we transform each community one pub at a time.

We have an extensive investment plan to launch and open, hundreds of new Craft Union pubs over the next few years, which is why we are always on the lookout for new talent.

On Friday 16th June our recruitment team will be making a stop at the Railway Bell! If you’ve been keeping an eye on our vacancies and considering making the move over to the Crafty family, then we’d love you to come on down and meet the team.

Our recruitment events are fun, informative, and casual. Our team work to bring the world of Craft Union to life for you so that you can get a real impression of whether the self-employed pub operator agreement is the next step for you. We live and breathe community, so of course we will be inviting along some of our operators, from longstanding to just joined, so you’ll be able to ask them all the questions you might hesitate to ask us.

What will the event look like?

Starting off the right way with tea/coffee & biscuits, once everyone is comfortable, we will talk you through all things Craft with the aim of answering all your questions. After this you will be paired up with a Regional Manager to have a casual interview.

When will it start?

We offer two sessions at all our events. At our Brighton event we are offering either a 10:00am or 13:00pm start. Both sessions will last about 2 ½ hours max. Please keep in mind this isn’t a drop-in session and we would like everyone to arrive at the selected start time. When you register you will be asked to select one of the below:

Morning: 10:00am - 12:30pm 

Afternoon: 13:00pm start - 15:30pm 

Can I bring someone with me?

Please do feel free to bring along others.

Where is it & is there parking?

The event will be held at The Railway Bell, 26-28 Surrey St, Brighton, Brighton and Hove, BN1 3PA

The pub is right next door to Brighton train station, there is minimal parking but plenty of parking around the area in the surrounding streets.
