HERE Bistro: We are an independent bistro and bar offering a fresh, seasonal menu sourced as locally as possible. We are passionate about great food and excellent service, and care about our community.
We’re open 7 days a week and serve a delicious modern British menu from early until late, as well as great coffee and a selection of European wines. We hold regular functions from music nights to seasonal suppers.
We pride ourselves on treating our staff fairly and with respect, and are ambitious to grow. Our backers include chef and campaigner Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall so a passion for seasonal food and an ambition to learn are important attributes. The right candidate will have an excellent opportunity to grow with us.
The Role: As chef de partie you will be a key member of the kitchen team in this fresh food environment. We will expect you to have an understanding of our brand standards and follow them to the letter. This can be a high pressure environment so a level head is a must.
