As we continue to grow, we are pleased to be hiring a Sales and Reservation Executive within our busy sales team based in Nottingham.

As a Sales and Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests on their booking journey whether it be to make a dinner reservation, book a table for drinks, or request information on function spaces. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from beginning to end on the customer’s journey with us.

The successful candidate will have an exceptional telephone manner, where you will be handling inbound calls from our estate of 23 sites as well as booking enquiries through our online booking system. You will have the ability to be well organised, work in a fast-paced environment, and be a person who enjoys structure to your working day, working to targets with great attention to detail.

We value a people-first attitude, commitment, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to exceed customers’ expectations. Ideally, you will have hospitality experience but more importantly, have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The role will include shift and weekend work, but also lots of fun, office treats, and a fab and friendly team to work with.
