This stunning pub with letting rooms sits in the hamlet of East Knighton, four miles from the famous Jurassic Coast in Dorset and ten miles east of Weymouth and Dorchester.

We’re looking for a talented food operator who can maximise the lettings side of the business. You’ll ensure that this is the destination pub in a tourist hotspot.

This pub is a nuanced business. You’ll be running a high-specification venue we invested in to ensure a picturesque interior and a knockout garden. You must have experience running a seasonal business. Delivering a Rhythm of the Week beyond the norm is also essential. Attracting regular guests throughout the year is the key to business success.

The Countryman pub presents a unique chance for the right person to develop an epic business in a stunning part of the world.

Earnings are an agreed percentage of sales to cover you and your team. Living accommodation and all bills & maintenance are included. All food, drink, menus EPOS, apps & marketing material are also included, as is all training and a dedicated Operations Manager*.

 This pub is available on a self-employed Management Partnership agreement
