Working alongside the senior kitchen team your role as an apprentice chef will involve (but not limited to):
- Vegetable Preparation
- Bakery produce
- Deli preparation
- Dish preparation and presentation
- Assistance to senior chefs with meal preparation
- Working in a safe manner
Developing your apprenticeship recipe log to cover all of the culinary range such as stocks, sauces, vegetable protein, desserts and much more
Working in a busy professional kitchen, learning on the job, preparing basic dishes, including bakery and deli sections in the kitchen.
