Responsibilities for this role will be running a section during service and also assisting with all of the menu preparation outside service hours. You will be preparing, cookingand presenting high-quality dishes within the assigned section each day. Youwill help to prepare elements and ingredients for the dishes prior to serviceusing an array of different techniques and methods. During service hours youwill work closely alongside the commis chefs to ensure dishes are beingprepared to the highest quality. You will work a 4 day week involving a lunchand dinner shift. Staff meals will also be provided as well as the laundering ofyour apron. There will be organised staff trips to suppliers to get a betterunderstanding of where our produce comes from.
