You will be responsible for leading and guiding the front of house team throughout service ensuring that services are running smoothly and reporting to senior managers when presented with any challenging situations. You will help with the training of the team outside of services to ensure that all team members are confident with product knowledge. Other roles during service will be to communicate efficiently with the kitchen team to relay all important service updates. You’ll be working closely with senior management to ensure service of the highest quality is being delivered. Outside of service hours, you will help with the closing down of shifts, including dealing with cash up and reservations.
