Job Title: Catering Administrator

Location: Atalian Servest Head Office - Bury St Edmunds  – Applicants must have the right to work in the UK

Pay Rate: £10.41 PH

Contract: Part Time

Hours per week: 16 Hours Per Week -  Flexible working time to suit Candidate, but to be agreed in advance with Line Manager

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our passionate and driven team based at our Bury St Edmund Office. The role will be to support the Catering Department with general duties such as, printing and filing. We are extremely flexible in the role, and we are happy for the candidate to flex the times and days they want to work.

Duties will Include

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Support the Brand Manager with any additional work or projects including data gathering, analysis and report building.
  • General office duties and administration for the marketing and design team
  • Printing artwork and posting to sites around the UK
  • Processing Purchase Orders for suppliers

The successful candidate

  • No experience required as full training will be provided.
  • Basic understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally you will have an understanding in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
