Chef de Partie

Cépage[s] Wine Bistro in Notting Hill is a small (38 seats) independent and vibrant wine bistro. Half way between a restaurant and a wine bar, you can enjoy directly imported wines together with delicious French-style “tapas”.

We are looking for an experimented, passionate, enthusiastic & flexible full time CHEF DE PARTIE with a strong interest for French gastronomy.

As a Chef de Partie, you will assist the Head Chef and the Sous-Chef in the kitchen operations and ensure that food quality is maintained at all times. Being part of a small team will give you the possibility to participate to every step and task of kitchen duties.
