About the Role
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a high profile company based in Central & West London
·Some flexibility around evenings & weekends, dependent on events & hospitality.

- Must be able to motivate, lead and inspire our on-site team
·Make certain you, and your team are customer focused on delivering exceptional customer service, at all times
·Manage the food and beverage operation to achieve financial targets, ensuring effective stock management and wastage control.
·Work alongside an industry leading team who operates with integrity and respect; supporting our community; actively embracing our sustainability and CSR targets.
·Comply with all Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen & Environmental legislation.
•A love for food and service, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients and professional service levels
•Must be a team player
•Must be well presented and very sociable
•A leader who takes ownership and responsibility for the operation.
•Ability to deliver and maintain standards in line with our company vision and values; every time, without compromise
