Working amongst the beautiful grounds of the Goodwood Estate, at some of the most iconic motorsport and horse racing events in the UK, You could be involved in the execution of renowned events such as the Festival of Speed, Qatar Goodwood Festival, Revival Festival and many more as a key member of staff
As part of our culinary team you will have access to our system training which will accelerate you within your Constellation career. With excellent pay, training, opportunity and perks, we look forward to welcoming you to our team!
Working Hours
Following the Goodwood event season from March through to October flexible shifts are available. From weekend race days to prep shifts weekly. We can offer from 8 - 20+ hours a week.
Also as this is a flexible role; you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like. Constellation optimises the working schedules of our employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.
Main Chef Responsibilities
- Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
- Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Enjoy your work, smile and have fun!
Skills / Qualifications
A minimum of 12 months experience as a chef is a must , we have opportunities for all levels of Chefs.
