Junior Sous Chef

Come and join the team as a Junior Sous Chef. This role is for someone who can help lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s or Sous Chefs absence. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a busy kitchen, keeping focus on the job in hand, whilst always retaining the back house disciplines and standards. You will have an opportunity to give your input regarding our seasonally changing menu, along with the creativity of the daily specials. Everyone in our kitchens has a voice and we always like to hear your voice.

If you have previous experience, strong team approach, understanding of ordering and back of house compliance, committed to your career development and like to be challenged – then you might be the right person for us!

Please note: The character of the business means that you will be required to work shifts.
