Office Manager

         Livelyhood Pubs has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager -Balham 

Our Office Manager will help manage our day to day operations in a fast-paced and ever growing environment.

This is a new role and will suit a confident and dynamic individual who is keen to progress, is focused and passionate. Working closely with the senior team this is an integral role within our Central Support Team ensuring that the business administration is running efficiently and effectively.

- Full time Office Manager opportunity

-Competitive salary  £35k - £40k depending on experience

- Reporting to HR Director, the role transitions to Operations Director after 6 months

-Office based (Balham) + working from home guidelines/flexible working hours  arrangements to be openly discussed with every candidate invited to interview

  • Proven experience in a similar role

  • Comfortable with multiple work streams

  • Experience within hospitality is preferred but not essential

We currently have 6 sites, with site number 7 opening this Summer and we're opening more, so this is also a brilliant opportunity for our Office Manager to progress, develop new skills and be a key part of our growing business. 

Office Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Office administration: Set up printer, resources, phones, health and safety in the workplace, post, office contract, calendar management, ad hoc requests from the team.

  • Assisting Senior team: data management, ad hoc projects, coordinating meetings, implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

  • HR admin: Assisting with recruitment, HR administration, a move to paperless & central communications

  • Finance support: collating/chasing expenses, invoice processing.

  • Events coordination: company off-sites, team events, organisation of attendance at industry conferences and events.

  • EA duties: first point of contact with calls, communications, organising travel and accommodation, diary management, assisting with key tasks, projects and deadlines, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

After an interim period, you will start to build your team and train them to continue with general administration while the office manager role will then deal with more senior administration, research and project work alongside Directors. Projects such as new site openings, food and drinks projects and new initiatives
