Event Coordinator

More about the role:
You will work directly with the Catering & Events Manager and Operations team to coordinate the Food & Beverage aspects of on average 25-30 events per week. The role involves working within a fast-paced environment within a 2,500 seated headcount building. You will be responsible for communicating with internal and external clients to ensure all event briefs are fulfilled and accurate information collated in a timely manner. You will deliver customer service to the highest standard whilst building strategic client relationships to ensure retention of contracts is maintained.
