We're currently recruiting a dedicated Window Cleaner to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
To carry out the various duties required under the terms of the cleaning specification as directed by the Window Cleaning Supervisor.
- Work as part of the window cleaning team and ensure all daily cleaning is completed to the required standard.
- Follow the cleaning schedule and periodic cleaning schedule as directed by the Window Cleaning Supervisor.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and organise own work to meet priorities, and reduce risks to quality.

- Driving licence preferable

Our ideal Window Cleaner will:
Previous experience of team working within a similar environment.
- Be able to work as a team but also willing to act on their own initiative.
- Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment.
- Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.
- Cleaning expertise and experience relevant to the role.
- Team player and can‐do attitude.
- Regularly makes suggestions that aim to improve how the work area is cleaned and cleaning product wastage reduced.
- Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
