This is an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join David Hall and his team at The Fish Hotel, home to the 2 Rosette restaurant Hook by Martin Burge. Here, we offer a menu of the finest, freshest responsibly sourced fish, sustainable shellfish and a few timeless classics from the land. Everything is prepared with the gourmet panache you’d expect from a chef with Martin’s credentials.
What can we give you in return? Well for starters you will get a salary of £30,500 plus tips!! We offer 30 days holiday, including bank holidays, staff food when on duty, uniform and the chance to learn and develop your career as a chef in our multi award winning hotels.
Due to the location of our hotels and lack of public transport, you will need to access to your own vehicle as we do not currently have live-in accommodation available.
