PLEASE NOTE SALARY ADVERTISED IS FOR 16-17 YEAR OLDS. NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE FOR AGE IS PAID

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fresh food kitchen. Duties and responsibilities will include:

-Basic food preparation supporting the other chefs,

-Learning basic cooking techniques to support the other chefs,

-Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and cleanliness,

-Completing food hygiene documents and kitchen diaries to comply with the law,

-Awareness of food safety and risk assessments.

We will support the successful candidate with their catering skills and understanding to work at the highest standards of food delivery and production we currently have in place.
