
In this role you will be supporting in the logistical organisation of events and activations centred around the THG Nutrition brands. You will be working across a lot of different teams, both UK focussed and teams who target international consumers. Other teams you’ll be working closely with are Social, Content, Influencers and more.
Other responsibilities will include reaching out to potential suppliers, freelancers and venues to make the initial contact and secure quotes. Ensuring that work is completed within agreed timelines as part of a full event critical path. You will support in the post-event reporting, focussing on the successes against pre-agreed KPIs and objectives. Support will also be given in the creation of event concepts and proposals that deliver on the pre-agreed brand objectives.
You will also be the main point of contact for all travel arrangements and booking for stakeholders and will liaise directly with the internal travel team.
You will be required to work in pressured situations with deadlines. Having good organisational skills is critical in this role. This is a very collaborative position and you will be working with a range of teams as well as different levels of people including senior leadership so maintaining professionalism is critical. We look for people with passion and want people to jump into projects with confidence. This is a very collaborative role but it is also needing someone who can work by themselves and focus on specific projects.
