We’re fiendishly passionate about making the best fried chicken in London, and our award-winning wings are a hit with thousands of people.

 

As we expand across the capital (and beyond) this year, we’re looking to grow our team and work with like-minded people who are obsessed with great food, great hospitality, and an all-round great time. 

We are looking for a superstar General Manager to take on our flagship store at Earls Court, right next to the tube station on Earls Court Road.

 

This is a hands on General Manager role where you will work in all aspects of the buisiness leading the team to delvier exceptional serivce and the best quality product on the market. 

 

We’re looking for great communicators with a keen eye for detail and the constant drive to get better each day. You should be passionate about making our guests happy and motivated by creating food that looks awesome & tastes incredible. You’ll be the face of the store, so you need to be a clean freak, taking pride in both your appearance & that of the store itself. At Thunderbird, we’re not content with just being okay - that’s boring. We need people who are excited to grow with us and are able to work just as well within a team as independently. You should have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work consistently at pace. We will help you out and provide you with all the training you could possibly need.
