We're currently recruiting a dedicated Costa Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise the Catering team effectively
- Maintain staff rota's and ensure all areas are covered
- Ensure the highest level of catering standards are met within your teamat all times.
- Support the Catering Manager with changing business demands.
- Hold performance reviews with new starters and existing staff.
- Carry out return to work interviews for staff that have been absent.
- Undertake and record alltraining.
- Coach and support team with any training or day to day issues that may arise.

Our ideal Costa Supervisor will:
- Previous barista experience is required
- You will need to work well as part of a team
- Be friendly and have a positive 'Can-do' attitude
- Communication and good conduct are key to working effectively
- Have a passion for food and quality service
- Standards driven with a hands on management style
- Self motivated and able to work in a busy environment
