The Three Swans Hotel is a historic hotel located in the picturesque town of Market Harborough in Leicestershire, operating with a bustling food and beverage offering, coupled with a busy bedroom trade and a remarkable wedding and events space, we are the marquee venue in this stunning market town.

In this role, you will be the face of the hotel, working as part of the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to day running of the operations of the hotel as well as working on the front line to deliver memorable moments for our guests, you will communicate well with the kitchen and the rest of the management team to ensure a smooth and efficient experiences for our guests. You will be a great leader of people, inspiring and developing your team and you will posses a real passion for hospitality.
