Kitchen Assistant: Preparation of baking trays, weighing and organising dry goods, making brownies, dressing and cutting brownies, store room organisation, end of day cleaning and organising duties, stock rotation, stock control. We are a busy fun kitchen that produce the highest quality brownies and other dessert products. Under the direction of classically trained chef Craig, the right candidate will have a fantastic grounding in the catering industry.

The kitchens all eat lunch together daily, which is paid time and usually provided by us, we have a monthly scheme where all employees have a box of brownies to take home on payday, plus £25 to spend at the wholesalers for personal use, and they get their birthday off paid as an extra days holiday on top of their 28 days a year.
