We’re delighted to be welcoming back fans and guests very soon at the Ricoh Arena, home to the Wasps rugby team. Alongside the Wasps home games, the Ricoh Arena hosts concerts and is a destination for guests staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, which boasts pitch-side views of the arena.
To accommodate our guests, we need a great team behind us, so we’re hiring for Team Leaders to join us at the Ricoh Arena. As a Team Leader, you will manage a small team of concessions staff on event days.
This role as a Team Leader is offered on a variable worker agreement basis and therefore no hours are guaranteed. While most events are held on weekends and/or evenings, this gives the person in this role an opportunity to earn a little extra cash on top of other commitments during the week hours.

In May, the DoubleTree Hilton hotel will be reopening for guests, alongside resuming conferences and events. In June, fans will be back for sporting events, in time for the opening of a new sports bar, The Anecdote in August. Also in August, Coventry City Football Club make their long-awaited return to the Ricoh Arena, followed by the Wasps 2021/22 season in September.
