About the Pub
The Three Horseshoes is located in the beautiful market town of Malvern, in the affluent suburb of Poolbrook. The pub is well-positioned on a very busy main road, used daily by commuters and tourists, connecting Great Malvern, Malvern Wells and only a short drive from the Three Counties Showground. Although it does benefit from being close to town, it sits in an idyllic country setting, as the large areas of green land around the town are run by the Malvern Trust. The trading area is clean and well kept, featuring open brick fires and decorative logs and comprises a central bar, lounge and restaurant dining area. The eye-catching bar servery contains a number of beer pumps around a dog-leg bar, is equally well-presented with lots of products on display and serves both the lounge and restaurant. It is a traditional wooden style bar which has been painted in areas to represent a more modern style. The dining area has traditional farmhouse style seating for approximately 40 covers, with an open fire focal point which burns logs during winter months. This area has been decorated to a very high standard and is welcoming, comfortable and a great place to dine. The lounge provides a further 20 covers and has a mix of traditional tables and chairs and some comfortable seating to enjoy a drink or coffee after a meal. The pub also benefits from a good-sized cellar which is located behind the bar and a trade kitchen located adjacent. Both are very accessible for ease of use. There is a large beer garden with approximately 30 covers located at the rear which provides a beautiful, peaceful place to relax with a drink during warmer months. The option to use part of the green at the front of the pub is also available and in addition there is a large horseshoe-shaped road which provides adequate parking for guests visiting the pub. The private accommodation is decorated throughout to a very good standard and comprises two bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.

Regional Manager's Thoughts
The Three Horseshoes is an attractive country pub, located in the suburbs of Malvern. It attracts trade throughout the year with a great food and drink offer, beautiful beer terrace to the front and enclosed beer garden to the rear. In addition to the local trade, it attracts tourists, walkers and cyclists and is close to the 'Three Counties Show-ground' which provides additional trade when large shows are held. We are looking for a publican with catering experience in order to continue to build upon the Three Horse Shoes Inn’s already fantastic reputation.
