Facilities Manager

Stonegate Group are expanding their Property Team and are looking for a Facilities Manager to join us in the North of England. This is a pivotal role in our organisation ensuring we have a safe, legal and fully operational estate. The Facilities Manager will ensure delivery of our pro-active and reactive facilities activity for the property portfolio and drive continual improvements at all property lifecycle stages.

We are looking for people who have experience working in a commercially focused, fast paced environment and have a degree or equivalent experience in FM or a relatable discipline.

Key responsibilities of a Facilities Manager:


  • Take the lead role across their specific geographic region for directly managing the FM supply chain, including during trials and innovations to deliver safe, legal and quality service
  • Ensuring that our critical assets and design and build standards and specifications are adhered to and compliant with all applicable legislation and any Stonegate specific requirements
  • Specifically, ensuring the services delivered through our supply chain is done to specified Stonegate standards are managed inside a Governance Framework, on a time, cost and quality basis
  • Manage high profile business interruption projects with a focus on being able to trade safely and legally
  • Working with the Helpdesk, Operations and Finance teams to ensure the repairs and maintenance costs are accurate and to budget and provide early detailed summary of reasons for spend.

This is a field-based role with regular travel required. This role will be covering the north of England and Scotland.
