At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Reservations Agent to join the Reception Team!

Situated at one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses- where Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II once used to reside, InterContinental London Park Lane reinvents traditional luxury to present modern and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Inspired by its location overlooking the Royal Parks, the hotel delivers elegant natural interiors and award-wining seasonal cuisine.

Our Reservations Agents:

  • Liaise with clients to ensure that accurate details for each reservation are obtained
  • To consistently deliver an excellent service to all guests and clients making enquiries or bookings at the hotel
  • Establishing client requirements and identifying how the hotel can facilitate their needs
  • Ensuring enquiries are managed to maximise sales, occupancy, and revenue, including up-selling equipment, F&B, and relevant hotel facilities wherever possible
  • Actively working as part of a team to achieve the department objectives and budget
  • Actively consider prevention, recovery, and investigation of any complaints

Given the nature of this role it’s important that you have some hospitality experience whether you have previously worked in a hotel in hotels or destination venues or worked in Reservations role, this may be the role for you. Along with the above, you’ll pride yourself on your high levels of attention to detail and delivering our brand standards.

We are committed to offer and provide our Reservations Agents with a competitive salary and a large range of benefits:

  • £26,312 salary + 10% annual bonus plus great IHG perks!
  • 28 days holiday each year, including bank holidays, and this increases up to a maximum of 33 days (pro rata)
