House Keeping Supervisor

We are looking currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout our Club and to contribute toward the overall experience our guests come to expect when staying at a David Lloyd Leisure.

What does this role involve?
  • Leading a team to deliver compliance and health and safety legislation at all times.
  • Managing the rotas for your team to ensure we work within target hours and have all required shifts covered.
  • Delivering first class cleaning standards through out the club.
  • Taking ownership of and regularly reviewing the Member feedback and Avius system scores, giving recognition and saying “Thank you” to those team members being recognised and taking appropriate actions to further improve the member experience.
  • Knowing our club and engaging with members about their activities and seeking ways to improve their experience of DL clubs at every opportunity.
  • Taking ownership of and utilising channels of communication such as Member Surveys, Employee Engagement Surveys, member forums, mystery members etc. to improve the member/team member experience.
  • Managing stock/cleaning material ,systems, following our operating and finance procedures.

We are looking for someone who can manage a team and display a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff whilst ensuring rooms are kept to the highest standards, reflecting our premium health club in accordance to the company brand standards.

The successful occupant will be required to maintain a clean and professional appearance, to respect all Club equipment and property and be on hand to provide an excellent service to our members and guests.

We will ensure sure you have the necessary support and training so you are compliant with the Standard Operations Procedures and able to answer basic queries on club policies and membership enquiries. If you feel you have the right attitude and skills for this role, we would love to hear from you.
