The Oak is a traditional English Inn located in the historic Warwickshire village of Baginton. It is popular with the local villagers and benefits from both the local airport and the NIA events. This beautiful site is made up of a single bar with lots of functional space, a large kitchen and a 13 room hotel.

The Oak is known for being Dog friendly and its not unusual to see groups of dogs and owners meet after long walks. This site is in the heart of the community and is often the focal point for seasonal events, providing daily reasons to visit such as quiz nights.

The General Manager will have a passion for operational excellence, high standards, customer service and show flair with an entrepreneurial touch when it comes to driving events, ensuring a great ROI. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and develop your team to increase your market share, deliver expected profit line and make The Oak the best pub in the local area. Experience in managed format and food volume is essential.
