Showround Executive (Weddings) - £28k including OTE per annum + benefits    

Syrencot House, Figheldean, Salisbury SP4 8LB 

Fulltime – 40hrs a week, 5 out of 7

Artemis are looking for a passionate Showround Executive based at Syrencot, the successful candidate must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food and service, calm under pressure and be able to work in a small team. Experience in weddings and conferences, 100+ covers, fine dining and event bars, together with a strong background in food led establishments.

Requirements   

  • 1 years’ experience in a similar position  

  • Own transport is essential due to the location    

  • Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK   

Responsibilities   

  • Report to the General Manager 

  • 1st point of contact for our prospective couples 

  • Liaison with key suppliers to make sure the venue is dressed 

  • Responsibility for organising open days and showcase events  

  • Some lone working   

  • Management plus delivery of both administrative and operational aspect of the role
